For the past 15 years, I have been getting my dental needs taken care of at Bateman Family Dentistry. Before that, I dreaded going to see a dentist for anything since I have had issues with my teeth and gums in the past and had not had a good experience with dental visits. Then, my sister-in-law referred me to Bateman Family Dentistry because she and her family had such good experiences there. My first trip to Dr. Bateman's office was a pleasant surprise! Everyone there was so nice and made me feel very comfortable, from the receptionists, to the hygienists, to the accounting folks, to Dr. Bateman, himself. They don't make me feel bad because my teeth and gums are less than perfect. And, they always explain any procedure before it is done. Not only has the condition of my teeth and gums improved, but also I no longer dread my visits to the dentist's office. I feel like Dr. Bateman and his staff really care about the quality of service and the kind of experience I have during each visit. My wife and I have been patients of Dr Bateman since 1985 and could not be happier as he is always professional in every way. What is important to us is the fact that his staff has remained constant over the years. We have had visitors experience dental problems and they visited Dr Bateman on an emergency basis and they were taken immediately. His referrals to specialists have resulted in excellent care.
