Terrible moving company. Their moto says that they strive for a 10 everytime and that their one and only goal is to satify you. Worst lie I have ever heard. You are completley at their disposal for them to pack and move your stuff as they wish. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY unless you don't have a job and you can afford to put your life on hold. At 5pm the day before my window started I still didn't have any idea what time they would be at my house to move me. Oh by the way, my window covered a 5 day span in which they might be at my house or may not be but it was up to me to make sure I was there. They are very courteous up until you are all but locked in with them for your move in date, and then once they realize its to late for you to pursue other options all manner of service goes down the drain. They should pay for my vacation days that I had to burn up because they "might" be at my house. What a joke this company really is.

This is a very large company that uses the numbers game. It costs them less to deny your claim after they have broken the things you paid them to care for, and thats exactly what they do. I am in the process of taking them to small claims court now. If your company is paying for your move, request a different company Hiidrup will screw you over!!!
