I am a competitor to Todd's, but I can't let this review stand un-challenged. Clearly the reviewer has aChip on his/her shoulder or has some serious issues. Todd's is a first-class shop. The reviewer did not buy anything, so rating them at one star is ridiculous. What I suspect happened is that the reviewer asked Todd's to do something that was impractical or impossible. The reviewer did not like being told "no" and decided to get even. (In our 20 + years in business, we have encountered a few such self-centered egotists!) I called in to place an order and the person that answered the phone (Jeff or something) was extremely rude and nasty. I will never consider them again nor would I recommend them to anybody, even if they’re last florist on earth.

I received a plant arrangement from this florist due to a death in the family. The container is beautiful (the prettiest of any florist I have seen) and the plant arrangement was original. Would highly recommend this florist to anyone!! Great quality work!
